Andrew Morrison

In support and leadership positions in radio, television production, secondary education, higher education and corporate training, Andrew Morrison has earned a reputation as a skilled communicator who can "work with anyone." 


Born and raised in Connecticut's Quiet Corner, Andrew earned a bachelor's degree from UCONN and a master's degree in Organizational Management from Eastern CT State University. 

He founded REAL Custom Training in 2021 to help other professionals develop skills that result in better days at work. 

Bob Tetreault

Bob’s professional career spans 35 years….Following graduation from Assumption College he began his career as an educator and coach at Woodstock Academy in Connecticut. A career change brought him to Frito-Lay, Inc. in 1980, where he would begin his business career in operations management . Over a 25 year period Bob demonstrated dynamic leadership, communication and interpersonal skills which enabled him to lead various manufacturing, logistics and organizational capability teams. His ability to effectively train and coach business associates generated outstanding results in multiple categories. 

Heather Butterworth

Heather Butterworth started her career in close contact customer service more than 15 years ago. Since then, she has become a Top Industry Recognized Educator and the North America Director of Creative Education for a global beauty brand.

Heather travels North America mentoring other educators; coaching business owners; teaching personal skills, leadership, communication skills, and emotional intelligence; building and executing programs at all levels of the industry; and teaching industry-specific skills. Her extensive experience enables her to help individuals structure their goals, as well as to achieve proficiency and successful execution in real world settings.

John Miller

John Miller’s teaching experience began in 1984 at Quinebaug Valley Community College and he continues there as an Adjunct Instructor in Business.

John’s business experience in Manufacturing spans over forty years at National Chromium Co Inc. where he now serves as President & CEO. John has served as Director of Human Resources for Day Kimball Healthcare and is a member of the Centreville Bank Board of Trustees. 

John's extensive experiences will provide  participants with a reality based perspective on workshop topics.

John is an MBA Graduate of Bryant College (University).

Rockie Blunt

Rockie Blunt is a veteran trainer with a learner-centric approach to helping people become effective supervisors and leaders at work. His expertise also extends to individual coaching, team building, bringing change to organizations, and meeting facilitation.

 

Rockie graduated from Yale University before earning his master’s degree from Clark University and a doctorate in human resource education from Boston University.
