Managing Multiple Generations

This workshops helps managers close the generational gap in their workplace.

Description

In today's dynamic workforce, the presence of five distinct generations can lead to differences in work preferences, work-life balance priorities, and technological proficiency, creating a unique challenge for managers.

Our new workshop “Managing Multiple Generations” delves into the generation gap, especially as it relates to team building, employee development, and communication. While we explore possible differences among members of the various generations, we also help participants identify the ways in which differences can be leveraged and universal similarities can fuel teamwork and collaboration.

In the end, participating managers will leave with an individualized action plan to help close the generation gap in their workplace.

 Workshop Topics and Objectives:

  • Understanding the generation gap and its impact on the modern workforce.
  •  Exploring what all generations have in common.
  •  Communicating across generations.
  •  Making the most out of generational differences.
  •  Developing organizational strategies to bridge generational differences.
