The 2022 film The Batman, written and directed by Matt Reeves, is more than just an awesome Batman movie: It's an exciting and profound exploration of one man's journey from vengeful vigilante to inspiring leader and symbol of hope.
In this workshop, RCT's Andy Morrison, MSOM, will lead a guided group discussion of leadership themes in The Batman and help participants draw their own conclusions about the movie's commentary on fear as a leadership tool, trauma's impact on leadership ability, and the reciprocal nature of service and self-care.
