REAL Coaching Roundtable

This highly interactive workshop will follow a roundtable format in which participants will actively use a coaching framework to conduct a series of group coaching conversations. 

Participants will take turns sharing a real workplace challenge with the group members, all of whom will use the provided coaching framework to help their classmate think deeper about their challenge, generate new insight, and commit to tangible action steps they will take in the days following the workshop. 

In the end, participants will leave ready to take action on their respective challenges and ready to use the coaching framework back in the workplace.
